The League of Women Voters of NYS calls on all members to join us for Advocacy Day at the NYS Capitol on May 6th, 2025. This is a crucial opportunity for us to engage directly with our representatives and advocate for the Legislative Agenda we have collectively approved, ensuring our voices are heard and our priorities are addressed.

The day will start at 10am and wrap up around 4pm. We will meet up at the Capitol this year (room number TBD) so that folks don't have to walk from our offices at The Blake to the Capitol. Lunch will be provided at no cost.

This year we will be collaborating with the BIPOC Democracy Table. 

This event coincides with the Advocacy Day for Medical Aid in Dying. Members can participate in both.

Members will have the opportunity to meet with legislators as a group.
