This talk digs beyond the media coverage to understand the results of 2018 election - at the local, state, and national level. We will look at what the campaigns did and whether it worked as they hoped. We will look at how different election rules in different places shaped the outcome. We will look at who turned out, who they voted for, and how the electorate compares to recent midterm elections.
