The 2026 March on Washington on Friday, August 28th from 9am to 1pm at the Lincoln Memorial. On the 63rd anniversary of the 1963 March on Washington, this rally continues the cause to defend the vote, protect equal opportunity, and demand economic dignity.

 Co-chaired by Rev. Al Sharpton, Martin Luther King III, and Andrea Waters King, and co-convened by the National Action Network and the Drum Major Institute, the March is being sponsored by a growing coalition of national, labor, faith, and civic partners. As of publication, the League of Women Voters is not an official partner of this event, but we include it because we believe it will be of interest to our members.
