All members are invited to join us at the League of Women Voters of Saratoga County 60th Annual Meeting for a delicious meal and a celebration of our longevity. We will vote on the board presented budget and program; the nominating committee presented board slate; and other business as required. We will also recognize our achievements and present the Carrie Chapman Catt and Barbara Thomas awards. Members will also be able to provide written or spoken Directions to the Board aka ideas for the board to consider. Several talented members will provide the evening’s entertainment.

All League members are welcomed and encouraged to attend. All Business Meeting Items will be added to our website Member Resources page and emailed to members so you can be an informed voter. 

The Annual Meeting Dinner’s full cost is $45 per person. To help us defray that expense, we ask you to purchase a ticket at one of the levels: $65 (Diamond level), $45 (Gold level), or $15 (Silver level). Purchase your tickets no later than May 28th so we can provide the count to the venue.

If mailing late, please email the president@lwvsaratoga.org, letting us know that you plan to attend the meeting and that you mailed a check.

A Dinner Buffet will be provided which includes all non-alcoholic beverages.  There will be a cash bar.
