A community gathering will celebrate a new book by local authors that was written for middle-grade readers by 32 community members. The book features 76 short biographies of inspiring local women. Project organizers Elizabeth Little Hogan and Diana Palmer, illustrator Rhianna Hogan-Cerro, and editor Rhonda Triller will lead a panel discussion about the project's story. Contributing authors and some of the women featured in the book will attend. A Q & A will follow.

This event is co-sponsored by the Adirondack Chapter, American Association of University Women and Crandall Public Library.

Note: This event is not sponsored by the League of Women Voters, but we include it in our calendar because we believe it will be of interest to our members.
