We’re bringing together our communication team and people who submit publicity for events to have a brainstorming session to determine best methods moving forward. If you wish to contribute ideas or are interested in learning more in the hopes of volunteering, please join us! 

Considerations include using Google Docs to draft upcoming events, media releases, etc. prior to submission; communicating updates for publicity already submitted; process for removing expired members from Mail chimp; storing stock photos and posts for future use; what do we need to do differently with our social media campaigns; getting and training more volunteers to assist; what else? 

Snacks provided. Please bring your own beverage.
