Our Annual Meeting will be held in the Carlsbad Pavilion in the Spa State Park from 5-8 pm on Wednesday, June 15. The Carlsbad Pavilion is located on the East West road, across the road from the Peerless Pool. Directions to Spa State Park can be found here: https://parks.ny.gov/parks/saratogaspa

We will gather in person to celebrate all the League’s work this past year. We’ll start with food, beverages, and socializing before the business meeting. Then, after the presentation of the Carrie Chapman Catt Award, we will enjoy more social time together.

The League will provide wine and other cold beverages, napkins, and hand sanitizer. Suggested items that you can bring include:

• Your meal/snacks
• Your place setting
• Your reusable beverage container

As with any League meeting, we encourage you to bring a friend.
